Philosophy & Method
「因材施教，互動學習」－當學習內容貼近日常生活而完整、有趣的時候，學習效果最好。在思凌學園，我們特別注意尊重各個孩子之間的差異。學生在課堂上能邊做邊說，自行選擇文字的使用時機和方法，擁有語言的自主權，使語言學習不再是單向地由老師教授讀音和語法，而是把語言和生活聯繫起來，在互動中迅速掌握語言的運用。

 我們的導師全部具大專以上畢業或相等學歷，發音純正，富教學經驗，具備教師資格。所有普通話導師均持有國家語委普通話水平測試一級證書及/或同等水平證書。英文導師擁多年教育英語經驗。導師們都曾在香港/海外的國際學校及不同機構等任教，並接受我們的職前培訓及持續的在職培訓。 通過長期的實踐，思凌學園逐漸摸索出多種行之有效的學習方法。我們秉持「因材施教」的原則為學生度身訂做最合適的教學方案，導師們均經過本學園的專業培訓，以認真、嚴謹的態度實施本學園的獨特教學方式，通過交流活動及有趣生動的遊戲，讓每位學生得到專業的知識燻陶，提高學以致用的機會。 |  Mr Awan has gained valuable work experience as an English Teacher while working in and for different schools and institutions in Hong Kong. Mr. Ken has gained many years of experience in education, receiving much positive praise from both senior educators and parents alike. Mr. Ken is very popular amongst his students for his humour, friendly personality and teaching approach.  王洪敏，來自天津市，對教育教學工作有極大熱情，渴望桃李滿天下的成就感。1、普通話水平測試一級乙等：2、香港中文大學高級普通話文憑；3、香港浸會大學教學法證書；4、全國社會藝術水平考試朗誦藝術高級專業教師證書。 |  Miss Sina is a passionate, caring and well experienced teacher with 4 years' experience of teaching students from various backgrounds and multiple grades. As a native English teacher, her dedication is to inspire and boost confidence in learners and provide them with creative, caring, and fun learning atmosphere. She is currently completing her bachelors degree in Metropolitan University of Hong Kong. She hopes to inspire her students to learn English with passion. |  Ms. Iqrah is doing her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Over the past few years, she has taught different age groups from infants & toddlers to form 6 students. While she has always felt driven to be an educator, the joy she felt from facilitating the growth and development of the students in the teaching field only reaffirmed her passion. She looks forward to a career where she can help shape young minds and make a difference in the lives of the kids. |
